5000 hour milestone

Post by Bonnie » Sun Jul 22, 2007 10:16 pm

In the past I've said my "rebirthday was the day I started Cpap, Today I celebrated 5000 hours and will celebrate my 2nd rebirthday next month. Being reborn and given a second chance at living was a blessing as was the help I got here. It is a true testament of the kind, caring people who guided me in the beginning on OSA things I had never heard of before. There was so much unfamiliar and uncommon terminology that my head was spinning with all the reading I did. This and trying to adjust to this therapy. I am happy to say that now it is such a routine that I don't even think about it at night, I just do it!! And have excellent results.

Thanks to all you "old timers" for your help and ideas, and thanks to all who currently post here. There is so much knowledge, sharing and humor for all of us who have one thing in common. The quest to find that perfect mask!

And a special thanks to Johnnygoodman for sponsoring this board.

Bonnie,
Thanks for sharing. Your testimonial here will be an encouragement to readers struggling to believe it's really worth it to go thru the adjustment phase. Congratulations!
