My sleephead doesn't look right

Post by shaner » Wed Jan 09, 2019 9:51 am

Tried reinstalling it but getting the same problems. It clearly isn't supposed to look like this. The labels on the left are usually invisible and sometimes the data turns black as you can see in this picture. As I scroll the appearance changes. Any ideas? I attached a screen shot.

Your machine report shows ResMed...your profile shows Intellipap....which is it?

Have you tried creating a new user profile to see if the problem carries over to the new profile.

Have you tried rebuilding the data?

There is a folder in MyDocuments that is untouched when you uninstall...and if the problem is in that folder you may need to manually also remove that folder (it's labeled as a SleepHead folder) and start totally fresh.
New download ...new install...totally new folder in MyDocuments.

SleepyHead is still Beta...and Beta stuff breaks easily sometimes but I have never had this happen.

My machine is the Airsense 10 for her. Forgot to update my profile.

Here's another screen shot. As I scroll the appearance changes. It's really hard to read the data when it looks like this. I did delete the profile and create a new one

What language are you using? Are you in the US or elsewhere?
Looks okay except for the graph label stuff at least on this image.
There was something a while back about the graph labels being whacko....I can't remember what or how to fix it though.
Maybe someone else can remember.

When all else fails....remove SH totally...including that file/folder in MyDocuments.
Go get a fresh download and do a totally new/fresh install.

Your data is still on the SD card and it will go right back in SH and you lose nothing unless the data is over a year old (and maybe not even then).

In the Sleepyhead install directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\SleepyHead) there is a file called SleepyHead-BrokenGL.exe try running that one and see if that helps the graphics rendering

That solved the issue. Thanks
