ENCOREPRO SMARTCARD HELP

I have the infineer card reader to hook up to my computer.
I need to reformat a Encorepro Smartcard for another user (mom).
I lost the utility I had to reformat the card.
Could someone direct me to where I can download a utility to reformat the card?

1 put the card in your cardreader on your computer

2 go to the my computer if your running an earlier version or this pc if your running windows 10

3 once your insert the card into your card reader a small screen will pop up telling you that a card has been detected along with the drive letter

4 first left click on the drive letter where the card is located then after you left click. you need to right click on your mouse then a menu will pop up click on FORMAT then follow directions

My memory is a little foggy about this but I don't remember being
able to see that card at all from Windows. Do you still have Encore
if so just go to the very top right hand side of the page and look in
utilities and chose reinitialize.
