just looking for comments. I have used cpap since 2002 and I think things are set pretty well. This is a fairly consistent night, for me. It looks very good, to me but I have not posted a graph for a long time and wondered if I am doing as well as I think. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and am waiting for a knee replacement, so fatigue, during the day is normal for me. Thamks.

I think many of us have arthritis, The only thing that works for me that I feel is safe to take a lot is Tumeric... you need it with Piperine or another catalyst or your liver just metabolises it before it works... here's the one I use that really lowers my arthritis pain... especially the extra pain related to exercise.

Instead of Sleep apnea it should be called "Sleep deprivation, starving of oxygen, being poisoned by high CO2 levels, damaging the body and brain while it's supposed to be healing so that you constantly get worse and can never get healthy Apnea"
