Non availability of all features in my DreamStation

Post by earthian » Fri Dec 22, 2017 8:05 am

I bought my Dream Station 500x150 during September last year. At that time the local sales representative of Philips assured me that though wifi and mobile connectivity along with other analytical software had not yet commenced in India for Dream Station; they were slated to be launched within a short time. He categorically assured me that i would be able to use all the features in my machine once they commence the same in India.
I tried registering for Dream Mapper today and i am informed that my device is not compatible.
What do i do now?

Don't bother with Dream Mapper.
Is there an SD card? If not, is there a slot for an SD card? Use sleepyhead to view your data. See the three links below.

If you just want to see the data from the prior night while traveling you can see what DreamMapper shows for the most part on the machine's LCD screen.
