It depends on how much you want to spend.
The more you spend, the more you get.
But they all cut corners with respect to noise, comfort, or whatever.
Many are not significantly smaller than the home models,
so it depends on how light you need to travel.

I thought it looked nice but not covered by insurance since it's considered a "luxury" item so ........

Philips Dreamstation GO with battery.
Resmed Air mini does not have a battery, yet.
