I saw this on the news. I wondered if anyone here has tried the "MY Pillow"? What are you thoughts? What is it made of that you can "wash it"?

The BBB downgraded his rating to F.

Saw an article about this yesterday. Seems the issues were 1) Advertising an ongoing offer as a sale (BYGO), and 2) Making medical claims that are not substantiated. While better sleep can help a lot of maladies, I guess saying the pillow that helped one sleep better treated the issues was a bit too much. Don't remember reading any claims against the quality of the product. Has anybody here bought one? If so, how do you like it?

Fortunately I didn't buy one. However, some friends did and thought they were ripped off. The commercials alone turn me off.

I did buy the buckwheat hull pillow from Purr Sleep a while back. That pillow helped my neck issues more than I would have guessed.

We got a couple of the travel pillows free during a big promo.
Random foam pieces, (big pile of horse doody.)
Probably would incinerate your dryer.

He charges $90 for a pillow filled with foam pieces. Then he gives you a DEAL...2 for the price of 1. He offers a money back guarantee, but if you search the net you will find dozens who say they returned the pillows but never got the refund.

I heard that. It might be part of the action against him.

Funny thing... a few months ago ML's pillows were being sold in the Costco near me. Two people in a booth attempting to sell the pillows and not a person listening to the sales pitch. I went back a few days later to return something and they were gone. Seems Costco got smart real fast.

Basically it's a BBB downgrade rating to F, they are a toothless tiger, has no real control other than to shame the business. They also require you pay shipping back on warranty. A that price the pillow would hurt my head, because it would have to have a large gold bar in it. Jim

The Salvation Army has an article about Mike Lindell's drug addict days: http://salvationarmynorth.org/2015/12/m ... addiction/

I always knew I should have gotten into "advertising"....

http://m.startribune.com/mypillow-gets- ... 399669011/

The company still spends about $1 million on advertising per week, including on infomercials, Lindell said Wednesday. Today, MyPillow operates two manufacturing plants in Shakopee and 16 retail stores, mostly in the Midwest. It has 1,100 employees in Minnesota.

It has sold 18 million pillows since its start and has annual revenue exceeding $100 million."

“I asked God to take away my desire to do drugs,” Lindell said. “I said, ‘Take it away, and I’m all yours.’”

God answered the prayer.

“The next morning, the desire was gone,” Lindell said. “Everything was gone. I woke up and felt the most peaceful I ever have.”

He’s been sober ever since.

So God speaks English!

Reminds me of the select comfort sleep number beds. Hundreds of dollars for a rubber bladder, a few pieces of foam and small electric air pump.
Yet to this day select comfort has a BBB rating of A+, despite a consumer review rating of 2% positive and a massive 95% negative. And hundred of complaints

I thought about responding to that, but then I decided that I could only do so in a language that you do not understand.
