Is it the water chamber that is cracked?

This doesn't tell me exactly which humidifier nor which part is broken.
If it is a S9 water chamber...I have a new one you can just have for postage which wouldn't be much.

From what I can find, the only instances of ResMed using the "HumidAir" name is with the AirCurve, AirSense, AirStart, and Lumis machines.

Please note spelling: the OP states "HumidAir" - no E on the end. The new machines use the "HumidAir" designation.

If you leave the e off the end and search it looks like Jim is correct. I guess there is a difference between Humidaire and HumidAir.

Please note spelling: the OP states "HumidAir" - no E on the end. The new machines use the "HumidAir" designation the older machines' humidifiers are, as you state, named HumidAire.

Just because I'm curious about Humidaire and Humidair,
I checked the US Patent and Trademark office on the status of these two designations:

So, Humidaire is a registered trademark of ResMed and is still live I.e., currently in use.
But, Humidair is not registered trademark of anyone just now. The term did appear in an older trademark which has been abandoned.

Curious that ResMed did not try to protect their intellectual property and the use of HUMIDAIR.

Just saying.

That is strange because the TM designation is used after Humidair. http://www.resmed.com/epn/en/consumer/p ... dair-.html

While it appears as shown in the quoted link, it does not appear in this list of ResMed trademarks http://www.resmed.com/epn/en/consumer/l ... perty.html
It should also be noted that neither AirSense nor AirFit appear as well. I suspect this is just an example of a website that needs updating. But, it is very important to keep in mind that the website is not targeted at the end user of the products but, rather, the only recognized channel of distribution. This may be somewhat confusing in that the site uses the term "consumer" - I believe this only identifies products that are intended for consumer use rather than caregiver use.

Maybe your link is old. This one has Humidair listed as their trademark. http://www.resmed.com/us/en/consumer/le ... perty.html
