My question is this regarding Derek's software. On 8/10/05 my machine was set at my request from 8 to 12 at CPAP.COM. So there is a reading on the 10th of my high line and my low line. Then from the 11th to the 15th there is no reading because the machine was in transit. So I have data from 8/15 till last night 8/23. But when I go to print up the charts in Derek's software, I can't get any data to print or show up on the monitor or to print, except 8/20 thru 8/23. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?
Thanks,
Gary

Hi Gary,
A couple of questions:
1) How often are you downloading into Encore Pro? Can you see detailed reports for all the nights in question in Encore Pro?
2) How are the "Daily Data Plot Preferences" set up in MyEncore? Make sure the range covers all of the dates in question.

Hi Derek,
In Encore it shows activity for 8/15 thru 8/23. But in your software it is now showing 8/20 thru 8/23.

Derek,
Every time I put 8/15 to 8/23 it pops back to 8/20 to 8/23. In encore pro it works just fine.

Gary,
I will PM you with instructions on how to send me your Encore Pro database so that I can look to see what is going on.

Dereck, i'm using a 420e machine on loan. I may end up buying one but its software sure is confusing. With so many 420e users, are you considering software for that too? I know its lots of work.

Looney,
I wrote the software originally for my own benefit, to help understand and control my therapy on the Respironics machine.
I know nothing about the PB machines (except what I have seen here), and have not seen the software. I would have to access to a machine to work out what would be involved.

Gary's problem solved. The detailed data needed by MyEncore for the missing days was not in the Encore Pro database, only compliance data was there. My conjecture is that the card had overflowed, and the early days were overwritten with new data.
