I think they were talking about the "non working" Local Services link at the top of the forum site...
Thanks for the link though...
Took me a min to work out what they were asking about at first.

Re: Affordable CPAP Cleaner
From what I can tell, the "Cleaners" are a gimmick that play on the fears of germa-phobes... My biggest issue when it came to cleaning my own equipment was "Drying it" when I was living in a heavy mold environment. You should be able to see by inspecting your mask and looking closely at any nooks an...

Re: SpO2 drop without any apnea?
The only two major spikes I see, one of which appears to coincide with your machine turning off and back on again, are so short in duration as "to me" to be an issue were the sensor got moved and wasn't reading correctly. For the majority of the night your getting tiny little spikes that don't appea...

Re: Had to use three extension cords
In all seriousness... I always travel with one 10 foot "on average" extension cord in my cpap bag. I also will have one of these in my suit case. https://www.amazon.com/TESSAN-Portable-Charging-Station-Cord-BLACK/dp/B01H4YTH6W/ref=sr_1_13?crid=XJ6GPXS8LR6Z&keywords=short+extention+cords+with+usb&qid...

Re: Sleep Apnea: Out of The Sleep Clinic and Into Cardiologists' Hands
That's one of the final things I'm waiting to see them make available before I pull the trigger on buying a smart watch. I'm thinking I want a Samsung device - as I don't use apple stuff. But we'll see... Right now I have a 19.00 +- watch with a 8 dollar fabric band that I'm happy with. It doesn't d...

Re: Sleep Apnea: Out of The Sleep Clinic and Into Cardiologists' Hands
Interesting... Wonder how hard it would be to get your hands on some of these OSA testing devices... I have several family members who are being absolute knuckle heads and won't go get tested - but may humor me if I had a way of testing them my self.

Sigh... my phone is being silly and I'm not sure what's going on with the quotes so I'm going to get in my car and go home and not worry about it till later.

Ummmm? Me thinks the quotes got displaced a bit...
I was going to say... a golden mean would beat the heck out of 4 to 20... but if we had cool AI machines how would the docs and DMEs make their money? Lol

Re: Next ResMed Product -- 11 Series?
The best your learning algorithm can do is hit a golden mean for a saved profile. Which would be way better than the current "start from scratch" every time the machine is turned on... Ummmm? Me thinks the quotes got displaced a bit... I was going to say... a golden mean would beat the heck out of ...

Re: Next ResMed Product -- 11 Series?
I'm not sure how much of a change they could make honestly given what is on offer at the moment... Maybe a bit smaller? There lots of things they "Could" add... but they wouldn't so... I'm just wondering. Better treatment algorithms, ones that learn and adjust, a true "auto" mode that would result ...

Re: Next ResMed Product -- 11 Series?
Maybe they're trying to come up with some craptastic way of keeping us from getting into the machine to make changes? or of reworking the data into some new secret squirrel code that no one but them and the overworked/don't care doctors can analyze... Hmmm... Do we have enough pull so if PAP manufac...

Re: The Physics of CPAP - Questions
Anyone feel free to weigh in on whatever I write if I'm wrong. I'll take any constructive criticism and file it away, so I can learn from it. . . . movement of the muscles in the act of breathing . . . asleep. I’m thinking the same movements and muscles come into play, it would stand to reason that...

Lies can do harm. We are doing the right thing by making liars pay. Next up: celebrity anti--vaxxers (I actually believe there are cases already on a docket somewhere.) They can share a cell with those who bribed their dumb kids into a fancy college. Mini rant from me, And this isn't negatively dir...

Re: The Physics of CPAP - Questions
Circular breathing or not--unconsciousness causes various tissues in the airway to relax which may collapse, blocking the airway. Nobody to my knowledge can play the didge in their sleep. And thank goodness for that! I think what they were showing was that the circular breathing techniques that are...
