Re: New larger AirSense bag! Has spot for mask
I actually like the smaller case, and it just occurred to me that I could stuff my P10 into the tank cavity. It would be nice if there weren't separate bag compartments for the machine and the humidifier tank. I'd like to store the machine and humidifier tank assembled; that'd buy some more space i...

New larger AirSense bag! Has spot for mask
I got a 2nd Airsense 10 yesterday, and it came with a new larger bag! First machine I paid cash for as my old S8 Autoset II died while travelling, it was my only option for a quick replacement. Second one came from American HomePatient - insurance is covering this one. The one from American HomePati...

Re: Buy CPAP and get reimbursed?
Can't they look at your machine data to see you are using it?
I just got back from my first visit to American HomePatient. They were replacing my 4.5 ResMed AutoSet II that stopped working. I had a great experience with my local office - shame to hear about your experience.

Re: Using a Resmed S9 on an Airbus A380
I'd like to know more about the A380. What was that like? How do they load everyone onto it, are there multiple jetways? Is there a lounge or anything cool up in business class on Qantas to stretch your legs on such a long flight?

Re: Help selecting from four DMEs
Also, just FYI - AHP doesn't carry the ResMed S10 yet, and customer service had no idea when they would begin doing so. This was a concern of mine - my local office said they got their first units on Friday. I was wondering how hard it would be to get the dishwasher safe version of the water chambe...

Re: Help selecting from four DMEs
You can use the forum search function and do a search for "American home" and I think get some hits. I've been searching for a couple weeks now, and there doens't seem to be a standout favorite of large DMEs, but AHP does seem to be more positive than negative. The wildcard is SleepMed; most of the...

Re: Help selecting from four DMEs
I always bring spare mask, tubing, etc.. but recently I needed to replace my entire machine on a business trip because it had stopped powering on. That experience made me want to go with a large national supplier in the hopes I could walk in and get a loaner machine, replacement, etc.. My first choi...

Re: ResScan Software Download
Huh. I'm surprised part of that process includes pirating software. I would think if FAA wants copies they would come up with a legal way of generating them, like licensing ResScan.Pugsy wrote:Compliance usage reports. The FAA wants proof of compliance and ResScan will generate that proof.

Re: Newbie
The good news is you have a very nice machine that is fully data capable. The data is collected on an SD card in the back of the machine. I would suggest downloading a software package called sleepyhead that will let you looked at the data collected. http://sourceforge.net/projects/sleepyhead/ Once ...

Re: Newbie
humidity 60. 22 0? Are those numbers from the bottom of the humidifier? I think what people are trying to get at is if you received the humidifier capable of having a heated tube or not. This humidifier is capable of having a heated cpap tube: https://www.cpap.com/productpage/pr-system-one-60-serie...

Re: Airsense 10 Humidifier Tub Cleaning
Mine has that bit of paint/marker inside the weep hole as well - I wonder what that is for.
I have the standard tub, not the dishwasher safe one.
