The big frequent spikes my leaks is just when I disconnect my hose so I can cough. Hard to cough sometimes with my pressures. Just have lots of postnasal drip, ENT knows about it, long story.

I am not happy with the mask that the DME gave me. I have talked to them about it, I feel I have too many leak issues. So I have been looking online. Does anyone have an online source they like, does returns, etc?

I do use sleepy head. My flow rates do not look like that. My pressures are EPAP 14, IPAP 18. I plan to talk to my doctor about lowering my pressures when i see him next week. I have central sleep apnea. My Ahi is often 8-20. I dont understand how to get my Ahi lowered with all my apneas. I must be missing something
