Re: Bad night- screenshots
I agree. I'll do this tonight, and yes, can see the benefit of trying this for 10 days. I'm learning. The people on this page are so helpful-- wanted to pass the idea by everyone to see if anyone thought going to mix/max 15 was a bad idea. I think 15 is my number. ETA: I don't think all the pressure...

Re: Bad night- screenshots
By swallowing air, I guess I mean aerophagia. I woke up feeling like I needed to burp-- several times. This happened when I tried a min pressure of 16. Maybe that is what woke me up and caused pressure spikes? I had to disconnect my mask at the tube so I could burp and let the air out. Maybe that is...

Bad night- screenshots
I thought I was sleeping poorly from dh snoring and coughing all night, but does this indicate the pressure spikes may have been waking me up? You can see where around 5:45 am I took my mask off and went to the kitchen for some water... Right after a pressure spike. 15 cm is fine. 16 cm feels like I...

Re: Accident prone (please read please)
Yep, I get everything you are saying. I have slept like crap for the last two nights-- without Ambien and on Anyptriline. I probably will try benadryl tonight. I definitely feel like I have exchanged issues with this switch. I have a sleep doc appt Monday. We will discuss... I believe I was denied t...

Ah. Sounds like everyone likes the idea but...... Well, I shall see...
I gave the pillows a good ole college try and I still feel like I'm suffocating. I have had nasal turbinate surgery years ago so i chalk it up to narrow anatomy. I give up on the pillows.
Plus, I like to sleep on my stomach.

Re: Just ordered sleepweaver anew full face mask. Any reviews?
Thanks!!! I saw some post mentioned the nasal mask, but I hadn't seen anything about the full face mask. Sgearheart, do you feel your facial anatomy is large or small? I have small delicate facial features. On cpap.com it seems a lot of women give it 5 stars, but I don't know what their faces are li...

Just ordered sleepweaver anew full face mask. Any reviews?
I have to email my prescription to cpap.com before they can process it. My f+p full face mask is hurting my face since I'm up to a pressure of 15 and have to cinch it to my face. Circadience responded to an email I sent saying the mask works with higher pressures. They also have a 30 day money back ...
