Re: Exhale relief

After turning off exhale relief I felt a little better but not much. Turned up the pressure from 13 to 13.6 little better after 5 days at 13.6, I went to 14.2 last night. Wow did I feel good today

Re: coblation turbinate reduction

I had a turbinate reduction and septoplasty. It was worth it. I did feel the out of breathe felon g that some described when I was reading about empty noise syndrome, but it only lasted a few weeks after the splints where removed. That was also the best two weeks of sleep I've ever had

Exhale relief

Fairly new cpap. I have a resmed s9 escape. I have been thinking about the exhale pressure relief. Is it possible that the machine cannot be effective enough with the epr on. I turned it off 2 days ago and have felt better. Ha anyone else had a similar issue

Re: Septoplasty and turbinate reduction

I'm very pleased with the results. One warring I have it's don't ride a motorcycle for more than 30 minutes for a couple months. I did and the next two days were not good
