Well, I saw the breathe right strips on TV the past few days, and what lead me to search the group for breathe right.
I know what I'm trying tomorrow.
Question, do you have to use a new one each night, or do you use the same one a few days or a week or so?

I have never been able to use a nasal or nasal pillow mask as I am a mouth breather when I sleep. At first, I had a very dry mouth every night. yes. if you don't mind breathing the cooler air it can make you a bit more comfortable. I have used it some during the summer heat.
