Should be able to find additional S9 machines relatively cheap now that the new "10" models are hitting the shelves. For travelling I prefer the S8 to the S9. Not much difference in size and no power brick. Totally agree, the S8 needs just a simple power cord. I've taken mine to Asia multiple times...

I don't use a humidifier so can't help per se. Note, Cambodia and most of Vietnam (except northern provinces from jan-February) is hot and humid so I assume you'll sleep with a/c. D o use humidifier in the summer wen you turn on a/c? If so, bring along. Hand carrying and don't check your cpap unit. ...

The fx never worked for me and I've been happy with the Aeomed. Unfortunately my inventory is limited so have been trying AirFit off and on for past several months....unsuccessfully. Did not give up and have been using with moderate success the past week -- as others have noted, it seemed bumping up...

Friend in singapore asked for help. His dad now in hp and requires bipap therapy. Doc recommend respironics model.
