I'm not much of a believer in comfort features. Even if it's a small amount, pressure drops do steal a little from treatment. I agree with Pugsy. I'd take that trip without CPAP. Too much risk of damaging the machine.

When I got home, I'd start using the CPAP religiously again.... for every sleeping moment.
