I do not know how well you deal with pressure but for me I would go: 8 cm H20 - 15 CM H20 No Ramp, No A-Flex or A-Flex of 1. For a 1 month time ...

Re: Medicare "Smart Card" monitoring

They do randomly automated calls(that are messed up) and ask if I am using my machine which I find annoying but can live with. The 13 month screw Medicare...

Re: Modem

Welcome to the Forum ! My average pressure is 16 so we are fairly close =) The mask can be a pain at times but with a little practice you get use to it. As far as cleaning goes some use soaps like Dawn or other fully natural unscented soaps. I use to use Dawn and tried a few All Natural soaps but al...

Re: OT:Good Calories, Bad Calories....

Atkins never said No Carbs, have you ever even read the book? and no it wasn't proven unhealthy unless done completely incorrect. Here is a link to the basic idea if you wish to read it the Results section is off because of poor studies being sited and the normal dogma twisting but the approach is w...

Re: OT:Good Calories, Bad Calories....

For those missing sandwiches on 'bread,' I came across this today: http://satisfyingeats.blogspot.com/2012/03/melissas-sandwich-buns.html Edit: the above recipe is for quite a few buns. If you prefer to try a single bun, I found this one: http://www.freecoconutrecipes.com/index.cfm/2012/1/25/single...

Youtube, New York Times, JAMA, ADA, AHA, FDA, and what ever place you care to name. Can and will post bogus stories or data at some point. They all are questionable sources of info as they are all second or third hand. The only real way to get reliable research information one way or the other is to...

Low-Carb grain products yes, but an all out nation wide change to more veggies and meat? without the grains? What would happen to the businesses that push Wheat based products if the Government suddenly said Low Carb GOOD and Wheat & Sugar BAD? The reality is that we can not feed the world populati...

Re: OT:Good Calories, Bad Calories....

I like one response to the video that was posted on the host site. No, I did not post it. But it did make me think. If everyone knew the truth, the prices of grass fed beef would go trough the roof. Grain feeding is the only way to feed 7bil. ppl. I of course, will remain meat head. And leave the g...

Re: 100 Days in, now time for adjustments?

For me, the Spring and Fall seasons are times of the least machine humidity needed with Summer being pretty base line middle of the road, Winter on the other hand, well I even use a separate ...
