For side sleeping I've been having good luck with the Comfort Classic nasal mask. It's been nice to get back on my side again...I was sleeping more on my back with the Mirage Swift II.

Geeze it's articles like that that make me really glad I got the diagnosis and the treatment. It's scary to think I could have gone on god knows how long with OSA and the consequences.

Well I don't hang out on any forum but this one cause I love you guys This is the first one I found and the only one I'm staying on. I know some people at work who either use cpap or their SO uses cpap, I keep telling them about this site.

BTW, has the wife tried cpap? Nope! She hasn't yet experienced the joys, though I have encouraged her to get a sleep study done. She doesn't snore like I did, but I have woke up several times and shook her because she appeared to stop breathing. Though I admit to poking my toes in the weirdness now...
