How is the humidity level in house or bedroom?

Is one or both sides plugged right now? Any runny nose?

Are you antsy in general? Any other underlining issues keeping you from falling asleep or is it from the cpap setup? Noise an issue? Tried any head pillows? Whats your pressure range? On any meds? How is the sleep hygiene? Did you have problems falling asleep before cpap?

My own thinking is that cpap is easier for the user. You have a fixed pressure for your breathing to adjust to. Its repetitive and a constant for your brain.
