I've been using Palmolive or Dial anti-bacterial dishwashing soap bi-weekly and I've had no problems with rashes etc. Some forum members don’t like anti-bacterial soaps, but I do. That would be a nice feature, but you can kind of kludge around it by highlighting/boxing the area you only want to include, then look up on top the flow chart and you'll see the AHI for 'only' that selection.
