Re: Trying to use a nasal mask..no matter what, baggy eyes
The bagginess is worse with the P10 pillows for me. Last night I used the DreamWear nasal cushion mask with the padding and it was still bad, but not nearly as much. Definitely feels worse around my right eye which is the side I lay my head against the pillow. I'll check out the Bleep. Do you get th...

Trying to use a nasal mask..no matter what, baggy eyes
I am tired of using a FFM so I've been attempting to use a nasal/nasal pillow mask. I keep getting what I assume is eye edema, or somehow increased intraocular pressure? I've tried P10 pillows, F&P Evora nasal cradle cushion, and Dreamwear nasal cushion with the new headgear including the added fram...

Re: Cause of chronic fatigue besides sleep apnea?
Anxiety/depression can cause fatigue. What helps me fix my sleep somewhat is avoiding stimulants, getting some exercise each day, staying out of bed until it's time to sleep, going to bed and waking up around the same time (no hitting snooze, no laying around in bed), avoiding screens an hour before...

Searching for a Respironics BiPAP S/T
Anyone have one laying around? Any older System One 1060P or 1061P would do.

Re: OT: Covid Disorientation
My mom was disoriented for 2-3 days, she took a shower and got dressed to go out for the day even though it was night time. It lasted about 2-3 days in her case.

Evora is a fantastic nasal cradle mask. Fits like a comfortable glove. I cranked the pressure up to 20cmh2o with zero issue just for fun.

Re: ResMed AirSense 11 - A sneak peak
I wish they would make the humidifier tanks a lot bigger, the ResMed one seems to have a lot of useless space above the fill line. Perhaps it has a purpose.

Any plans to add support for the PR Trilogy 100, or the ResMed Astral 100/150 series?

Mask liner or try a different mask. Do you absolutely need to use a full face mask? What mask are you using

Re: Have you had a COVID-19 Vaccine or have an appt?
The first shot introduces things to your body, the second shot a fever is just an immune response so a fever isn't a bad thing--once your body realizes it's not actually being attacked, the symptoms stop. I'd rather have a few days of being miserable, as I have underlying conditions, than be hospita...

Re: Have you had a COVID-19 Vaccine or have an appt?
I received both Moderna shots, and they are now in clinical trials testing a "booster shot" for the variant in South Africa. I am really not looking forward to getting further shots as I've had annoying reactions to both shots, especially the second one, but maybe it will be better now given that my...

Have you trialed increasing your EPAP to 7? EPAP effects oxygenation, and your ventilation appears normal based on tidal volume.

Re: ResMed AirSense 10 Filter Change Frequency
I check mine maybe once a month, or honestly when I remember to even think about it. If it's dirty it gets replaced, if it's not, it doesn't.
