Re: How often do you have a sleep study?
Same - for me two sleep studies in October/Nov of 2005 - none since. One was for titration (i.e. to get the pressure reading) - not really needed with an auto... Diagnosis was "severe OSA". Now (with nightly use of an S9 auto) - my apneas are basically at zero.. my AHI is usually under 2... so the b...

Re: 1st night on S9 Auto but ...
Do you think the S9 woke you ? My advice: do what works for you. Personally I have been very impressed by the S9 (only on it for 4 days approx) and that (being impressed) has been completely unexpected. I have been using an S8 since December 2005, and I just did not expect there to be much differenc...

Re: Sleepyhead and zeo csv data
Yes that's got it ! Great work ! Just needs a value in "morning feel", which is col W in excel - 0 does it - I too would like to continue discussion about Sleepyhead internals.. Not sure where is appropriate. I've downloaded the code and had a quick look at the oximeter importing stuff. My C++ skill...

Re: Sleepyhead and zeo csv data - SAMPLE FILE ATTACHED
Thanks very much for trying - and giving a suggestion... Sleepyhead gives a message that the data has loaded successfully -but it doesn't show anywhere. Same with either multiple records or with just one night's data. Here is the ZEO data from last night (just one record).. http://members.optuszoo.c...

Re: Sleep/Wake on Sleepyhead reports
To measure the times of SLEEP and WAKE .... And other sleep stages too. You need a ZEO. it measures brain waves.
The data from which can be loaded into SH (though I am personally having some trouble with that).

Re: Need help to get a ZEO in aus
Jack, I am in Australia. I just bought mine from amazon. It arrived within a week. The shipping cost was $US35, the zeo unit itself was $US99. Total was $US134 - and $A128 on my credit card. I recall I checked the ZEO site itself and they were going to charge $80-$100 for shipping to Australia, so w...

Re: New machine, new numbers
A good comparison. I have been using the S8 auto since late 2005. And have just 2 nights on the S9 auto. Note: for me a different wife has been installed (though I don't think that is making any difference to the sleep). On the S8 my AHI score was usually around 4.-0 - 6.0 . And usually just 0 to 4 ...

Re: Reading REM Sleep from Sleepyhead
I think to show REM sleep you need a ZEO and then you import your ZEO data into Sleepyhead. The ZEO reads brainwaves - and that is needed to determine what type of sleep stage you are in: deep, REM, etc.. I picked up my ZEO for about $100 delivered from Amazon. It links to my iPhone overnight and I ...

Sleepyhead and zeo csv data
Am probably doing something dumb here... just trying to get my zeo data into SH (for one night). So I've downloaded the CSV frm the ZEO site - I can see my S9 data in the daily tab in SH - I click data-import zeo- etc.. and click on the csv file... Then it says ZEO CSV import complete... But I can't...

Re: sleepyhead and pulse oximeters
I bought the CMS-50i and it is fantastic.. I've written a small utility for my own personal use that extracts its data as a csv file - and its native format is quite easy to decode. I can store multiple nights before you need to upload. Not sure the limit, as I don't use it every night - I currently...

Re: Opinions/Experience re the ZEO?
Email cut/paste from ZEO support department - seems relevant to the discussion above (eg edm_msu) ----------- Hi Shb, Thanks for your request to access your data without uploading. We recently released two options: The Zeo Raw Data Library and the Zeo Data Decoder Library. The Zeo Raw Data Library (...

oximetry data: now what ?
Ok - lack of sleep makes you do strange stuff... Last couple of days I explored my inner-geek. And with my new toy - CMS50i oximeter.. (very impressive by the way) I now feel I know everything there is to know about the data it produces.... now what do I do ? I was planning to integrate it with my z...

Re: Is my wife trying to kill me?
1. Grow up.
2. Take some personal responsibIlity.
3. Let her know your AHI score each day and ask her to pray for an improvement. Hopefully she will be interested in whether her own prayer is being effective and/or imProving the score each day...
