From my uneducated glance it looks very good and I am happy for you to have had such a good night. The almost 7 hours of usage is great.
I realize you might not achieve this every night but you now know it is attainable and hopefully won't get too discouraged when a not so restful night occurs.

I am sorry that things did not go as expected or planned. Hopefully in the future you can look back on this experience and say that even though it had alot of down periods; it was worth it and everything is better now.
