Ozji, I'm doing pretty good! Still CPAPing every night. Notice that lately I'm pretty tired in the morning and tend to be up for an hour to get the kids off to school and then find myself back in bed for another couple of hours. It is the most wonderful time to sleep, I dream, dream, dream. I guess ...

90% Pressure Mark
I have the Remstar Auto with C-flex. When I download my reports, it shows that 90% of the time I'm at a certain pressure.
What I don't understand is that the minutes don't reflect the 90% of the night figure. I spend many more minutes at a different pressure than the 90%.
Why is this?

Another thing, I don't know if I mentioned it is using the chloreseptic spray with a little mineral oil added to it....its something my ENT is telling all of his patients to use. As the scabs come off in the next week or so, your going to notice that your throat is not only sore, but bone dry. It wo...

Just force yourself to take sips. I diluted my pain medication in water because it just seemed to help it go down with tiny little drinks. Maybe you should ask your MD for a different pain medication. Skip the motrin, your risk of bleeding from this point until about day 14 increases as the scabs co...

Activa and Large Leaks
I wear the activa mask, my pressure is generally between 7-9.
The problem is I'm having hours of leaks every night, I'm not going to take my mouth, what am I suppose to do?
Switch to full face mask? What is this doing to my sleep? My AHI is 1.4.
Any suggestions?
