Same with me. I wake after about 5 hours sleep. However I want more and just stay in bed for several hours more just to get that little extra.

I know my Resmed VPAP has an converter built in to the power lead. I used it in china last year and no problems. I am going to singapore and Manila next week to will see how it goes.

Make sure you are not having excessive leaking.You may need a new set of pillows.
