Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) is Ruining My Quality of Sleep and Life!
Greetings everyone, Long time no post. I've had RLS since I was 17 years old. At the beginning of the year I believe, the RLS has gone from the right side of my abdomen, to any given place in my body. Mom also suffers from RLS, and has used Mirapex for relief. So, a few months ago, I went to PCP to ...

Authorization to Locate Medical Information
Hi everyone *waves* Several years ago, we went over this topic that lasted for about a week+. Because of my seizures, panic attacks, etc., I have all known medical information on a thumb drive. So, if anything happened to me, an EMT can grab that thumb drive, insert it into their computer to review ...

Pneumonia, Sterilization & Heated Hose
Good morning everyone, Last 2 - 3 weeks, I have had a serious out of pneumonia. This morning, as I was cleaning my mask, I thought about sanitizing it. I am asking what you consider the best way to do so. In addition, I would like to do the same thing with my heated hose. With the heated hose, how d...

Re: fingers tingling
Your finger tingling could be a whole host of things. Mom had finger tingling (and numbing), which turned out to be spinal stenosis.
My advice would be to first see your primary care physician. Then go from there.

Sleep Walking Anyone?
Spent the night at my mom's house last night. Today (Friday), She told me the whole story, wow! Never knew what happened.
Time to go to bed. Just want to throw this one out there. I will explain more tomorrow (Saturday).

Re: dry nose in the morning
Adding to bonjour, you want to consider using, "Ayr: Saline Nasal Gel" that comes in something like a toothpaste container. IMHO, don't get the spray, I didn't like using it. What I do is rub some around the outside nars, and inside the nare. It's not the cure all, but it does help somewhat for me. ...
