Re: packing a machine with no case
Separate the humidifier unit; wrap each part in clean towels, t-shirts, or whatever. Place in clean box or suitcase, padding with more fabrics, etc. Label clearly, and carry in a safe place. Re: Fired My Sleep Doctor
People that are giving out bad advice should be knocked back into their gopher holes. It can be very difficult for newbies to separate the chaff from the grain. I'm sure the newbies will be fine. It seems you are having more of a hard time in not being able to moderate someone else's internet forum

Maybe you could volunteer to fix it? You sound like you care? Or you could ask for your money backpalerider wrote: the sad thing is that fixing this on the forum is easy enough to do... if anybody cared, or maybe their "IT staff" are just all incompetent.

Re: Dry mouth problems
Dry mouth could be a sign that you are mouth breathing during the night. This is a very common problem with those not using a full face mask. You can download and use the free sleepyhead software to monitor you therapy and in this case your leak rate. If you are mouth breathing then a chin strap can...

Does it sound like this? And this only sounded on inhale. http://tinyurl.com/nr6mlyt I had that sound from my Resmed Airsense and tracked it down to the humidifier tank seal. I kept opening the tank and trying to push the seal in tight but ended up having to buy a whole new tank since the seal is n...

Re: Power Supply Travelling - Canada/US to UK
You will likely have a problem purchasing distilled water in the UK for your humidifier.
If you have family/friends in the UK then you might want to get then to go to "Boots" pharmacy and pre order some because it is not normally available in store.

Re: Best CPAP Machine
What's the best auto-CPAP machine? I believe I'm eligible for a new machine since I've had my machine for over 5 years. I left a message for my doctor to order a new machine. When using CPAP, my AHI ranges from about 3-10. Increasing the pressure doesn't lower the AHI. Thanks for your help. You can...
