A really good resource on this site is if you click on the New User icon at the top of the page, click on the "learn" tab, scroll down a bit and click on "expand all". Mouth breathing? I know I get a dry mouth when this occurs with me.

I also have problems with mouth breathing-not every night but enough that it interferes with the PAP therapy. I noticed a video on YouTube that tells how to inexpensively make a chin strap at home. I haven't tried it but may do it at some point.
