What's the point?
If you're not getting more hours of sleep or getting better quality sleep, then what's the point of using CPAP? I'm 6 weeks in and I'm still waking up multiple times a night. Last night, I convinced myself not to get out of bed as I usually do, but stayed awake for what seemed like hours until I fel...

Re: Does the REMStar Pro C-Flex+ DS450 Display Actual Pressure?
tomjax previously posted this (slightly edited): This measures the pressure in inches of air needed to support a column of water. Simply hold or tape or rubber band a 12-inch ruler to the bottom of the hose. (0-inch mark at the bottom of the tube, Lower this about 6 inches into a container of water....

Re: Hours of Sleep - NEW QUESTION 12/30
Madalot By any chance do you have a laptop with a camera? Couldn't you get one of those 'nanny cam' software or something to take a picture once every say 30 seconds? You could position it to record yourself. The vast majority of the pictures wouldn't show very much, but you would see what was goin...

Re: Does the REMStar Pro C-Flex+ DS450 Display Actual Pressure?
Thanks, Pugsy.
My concern is that the unit is displaying the pressure set point but delivering something less.
So does the display show actual pressure or merely the number it was set to?

Does the REMStar Pro C-Flex+ DS450 Display Actual Pressure?
Is there a way to observe the actual pressure my CPAP is producing when I wake up?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: OT: Asked if I had a gun in my home during physical.
The whole idea is formed around, the Gov wants to find out where all guns are. They need that info so they can take control of the population. The last thing a corrupt gov wants is the population to have a means to rebel against a corrupt Gov. So what are they waiting for? Our government has been c...

Here's a couple that run on the Android operating system. Someone more familiar with Android and the Kindle Fire will have to chime in on whether all the apps in the Amazon Android App store will run on the Kindle Fire. https://sites.google.com/site/sleepasandroid/ http://www.amazon.com/mobitobi-Ge...

Re: Napping
You should always use your mask, even for naps. If I fall asleep without it, I feel groggy for a while after I wake up. I've even purchased an Optilife pillows mask for reading in bed, in case I fall asleep. (My Mirage Activa works better for me than the Optilife, but it does not allow reading in b...

Sleepyhead appears to report the number of leaks but not the leak rate of a System One DS450HS CPAP.

Re: Sleepyhead - Keeps Saying No Data - am I a SH dummy?
SH supports PRS1 50 series machines probably the new machine is PRS1 60 series you need to install the patch to work with 60 series machines http://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic/t83551/SleepyHead-Series-60-Patch-Avail.html OK, what did you use to unzip - my 'temporary' winzip has expired. Any suggesti...
