I just received a Transcend Micro CPAP and can confirm the UNLOCK password for pressure setting is still juniper.

Jody, You said in your first post, "the company I bought it from". If you are in the U.S., that would be a DME. Instead, you need to call the manufacturer - Somnetics Customer Service 1-877-621-9629
