Hey Pugsy, I do not take any medications. I occasionally will supplement with melatonin (have recently tried time release) and take magnesium glycinate and L-theanine nightly, but nothing outside of that.

Just wanted to add that Vitamin D is crucial to the central nervous system serotonin pathway (the one that ends with melatonin), so it also has a significant impact on sleep. If you're deficient, you definitely need to supplement it, but again you should be taking it in the morning ...
