... just hook it up at bedtime to my machine and use it that way. In the morning the hose is completely dry. If you think that you need some method of drying the hose look for one of these battery-operated air pumps that folks use to pump up their air mattresses, or the like. I have one for an airbed ...

How to dry the hose
I have two hoses. I clean the active one at the end of the week and hang it in my closet to dry. It can still be moist inside after a week. How do you suggest drying it? I've found little fans that blow into the hose. Do they work?

... properly has your open mouth full of pressurized, humidified air. A mask that leaks has the air rushing through your mouth and out into the room, drying your mouth and tongue just like a brisk wind dries laundry.
