Looking for guidance. Been using the CPAP for about 3 weeks now. Dreamwear with nasal pillows. Just wanting opinions on what stands out. And suggestions of course. Thanks!

Please help with pressures
... acid reflux). Note, I did start taking Zepbound for sleep apnea on 5/12/25. I haven't tried stuff like mouth tape or anything. I use the Philips Dreamwear cushion mask with small cushions and small frame. I've tried a bunch of other masks too (X30i, F40, N30i, Evora, F20, Dreamwear Full), but ...

Re: Mask issue with under nose type mask
What about this: https://www.cpap.com/products/dreamwear-full-face-cpap-mask-with-headgear ? This is a full face mask, based on the Dreamwear nasal cradle mask. ("Cradle mask" is my term, not an official term--it cradles your nose with an air cushion) ...

Re: How to detect mouth breathing/leak
... 29th of June I tried to use a medical mask to cover my mouth to try and reduce or prevent leaks if they occur. The session before it I tried the DreamWear full face mask for like 3 hours then another hour or so then went back to the nasal mask to get a few hours of sleep at least.

Re: Resmed AirTouch N31i vs. AirFit N30i comments please
I've been using the AirTouch N30i for a couple of weeks now. I replaced the headgear (the back strap) with the Dreamwear Headgear w/Arms, because that setup helps to keep the whole thing from sliding over my long hair (sleeping with my hair up gives me a headache). Works great ...

Re: Replacement Strap for Headgear AirFit N30i
I'm also a fan of the Dreamwear headgear on the N30i and P30i. If you search on Amazon you will find 3rd party sets for very reasonable prices (less than $10 for a strap and side pieces), I've tried several of these and all I've tried ...

... until your new one arrives. Having said that, the first thing I do when I get a new P30i mask is replace the blue strap. I bought a Respironics DreamWear Strap with Arms. It fits perfectly and prevents the mask from slisding up the back of my head. So far, it's lasted me over three years. Link ...

Re: Phillips deficient in sizing of Dreamwear cushions
robysue1: Your notion of the Phillips/Respironics cushion is wrong. It is a single piece with wide air slot, no divider. Its limitation for many people is that the smaller of its two dimensions is not large enough for long nostrils. (It comes in a wider version - MW - for about 10% of the US populat...
