... one or the other and I have been successful and compliant on CPAP, so I don't know. But there are side effects with CPAP such as dry mouth, nasal congestion, mask irritation, etc.

... chart indicating a need to increase the max pressure. However, many of us set the max pressure to 20.0. The reasoning is that you might have nasal congestion on some night and need a little higher pressure.
