You need the external bacterial/viral filter attached directly To trilogy ( this was the fix for the recall, ant least until patient are given new machines) and then the standard tubing. They are all 15mm adaptable. Anything beyond the standard length tubing ...

I registered my Trilogy 100 essentially right when the recall news came out. If you can't replace a life saving ventilator in a year, I will never buy one of your products ...
