I have just started using Azazar Mouth Strips which I found on Amazon, $25 Cdn for 60 - 25 cents each.

Amazing results my first 2 nights, AHI of 4.6 and 3.5 versus mid to high teens previously.

I am a bad mouth breather and use FFM Quattro Air and RemZzzs too.
