Who in the world gave you a "snapp x" ? Did you pick it thinking it was like a nasalaire II or the swift? I found the snapp to be a problem mask for me and you may want to try another. The nasalaire and hybrid manufacturers are coming out with a pillow device this month and customer service said the...

Has your recall been replaced
Who has sent back their Elite?
Are you confident that the problems are fixed and the product is safe?
I guess refunds are out of the question.
This isn't just a broken switch, it sounds like a very serious problem.

I would second the Dog on that remark, but resmed has tried to fix that problem with a swift II. Does anyone know if it worked? I find the swift pillows too darn hard. They hurt my nose, too. I use the nasal-aire II which is much, much, more comfortable than swift when I need something prettier than...

I rinse all my hoses in rubbing alcohol and rinse again with hot water and just fling it around so all the water droplets fling out and I'm good to go ...and I'm still here to talk about it...so it must be OK I have some great "over the head in a circle" moves for the hose. I fling it around fast an...

Emily, I am very happy with my Hybrid. At first I thought only round fat faces or men could use the Hybrid but when I tried it , it was an answer to my prayers. The only reason I would buy a Bravo is because It's manufactured by the Hybrid company, Respcare/Innomed. Since I believe that the masks th...

So sorry it took so long for me to answer. Regarding the Opus, I should have known better because I had bought something called the Infinity made by the same company and thought I was getting a very lightweight nasal aire device but that wasn't the case. It never sealed anywhere as good as the nasal...

I will pay 169.00 for the Hybrid if I have no other choice. There IS NO OTHER mask that will allow me to sleep 8 hours and I've had 9 masks so far. The fact that medicare could screw with their codes so bad and we are all still willing to buy the Hybrid shows me how important that mask is. If I was ...

Hybrid clips
should not cost $15.00 ! I think I'll call Innomed/Respcare and company and get them for free. What do ya want to bet they send them out to me no charge...... This mask looks like it was built to last a lifetime so they should include a few extra clips in the box for people like me who do stupid stu...

A Hybrid is for people who want or need the relief of mouth leaking. It allows you to breathe with either or just mouth leak when you need to without is messing up your therapy. If you get congested from time to time, it's a life saver. The pillows are about the same size as the swift, but much soft...
