Re: Resmed hypoallergenic filters
This is great information. I’m going to start a couple of weeks before I reorder my new supply, to give them a chance to realize they can get them for me. Thank you for taking the time to help me.

Resmed hypoallergenic filters
I think I’m reading where some of you get the Resmed hypoallergenic filters for Airsense 9 and 10 paid for by Medicare. Is this correct? My DME is awful. First they told me the heated hose/tube was not covered. They were wrong. Thanks for any information.

Re: Oscar Question
I have tried Sleepyhead, but it is not happy (glitchy) on my computer, lol. Back to Oscar! It tries to read the file, but it stops responding after a minute. I may take the computer in to see if the computer professionals can get it to work. Again, thanks for all the help and suggestions.

I found a 16GB SD card. I’m going to try it tonight. Maybe my card was bad. Time will tell. Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

Re: Oscar Question
It is a 32GB SD card. The slot is working because it worked with the DreamStation and shows up on the computer. I have added a new profile and deleted and reinstalled the program. It still will not acknowledge or import any thing.

Re: Oscar Question
I call Oscar a program. I guess I need to format the sd card. Do we have instructions on how to do this? Thank you for all the help. Sorry, I’m not very computer literate. I did make another profile, but it still will not read the card or import the information.

Re: Oscar Question
I bought an sd card and put into my machine two nights ago. When I open Oscar and try to import data, the program will not respond.

AirSense 10 for Her help!
I just got a Resmed AirSense for Her. I put water to the max line in humidifier. There is an odor of burning plastic for about 1 hour coming through the hose and mask. Then, it stops. I have a regular hose. The next morning, only a tiny amount, if any, of the water is gone. Is this normal? This happ...

Re: Resmed machines dirty inside
Thank you all, so much, for looking into to this. I feel a lot better! The guy that posted this was very upset. He was sending a sample off to determine what it really was. Originally, I sent a picture he had taken, but I guess it was to big. I’ve scoured many forums and have never seen anything lik...

Resmed machines dirty inside
I haven’t even received my Resmed for her and I see these get dirty inside the machine by the fan and motor. I belong to a group on Facebook. One of the guys was having trouble with his and took it apart, only to find dust and dirt or mold inside the main machine. Has anyone else had this problem or...
