The regular pillow I had did not seem to have enough height to perch my beak. The foam pillow has cutouts so there is a nice drop off. No pressure on my...

I always make some with VERY heavy butter--just the way my sweetie likes it.
Go ahead, grab some--he doesn't mind sharing.
Thank you, chunkyfrog!

Re: New User's First Post, Sleepy in GV's therapy thread

Is my survival instinct really that weak, that I wasn't going to take that nose breath and live?! I think if I hadn't put the mask to my face, I would have passed out. Actually, I took it as your survival instinct is very strong. Your brain apparently thought you were under water. So nasal breathin...

Re: Anyone not use the humidifier?

It's fascinating to me how all our squigy meat bags are different. I'm in Florida and NEED the humidifier on. Maybe our A/C sucks all the humidity out of the house?

Is nice to hear other people's experiences. :)

Don't waste money on the mandibular device. The odds are not in your favor on that one.

Go with the resmed autoset for her. It has worked great for me.

Wishing you refreshing sleep! :)

Re: Starting CPAP - What are the worst things about it?

Hi all, I've been looking in to CPAP and was wondering what the worst parts about it are and how you overcome it? I'm worried about the noise. Thanks in advance! The noise is not a problem. My husband is a light sleeper and it doesn't bother him at all. Everyone has different issues as they adjust ...

Re: Newbie wanting help reading Sleepyhead graphs

Here is a chart from the 1st night, which is also the worst AHI thus far. I would take this AHI every night! I also feel good during the day as well. I do still have fragmented sleep, which I attribute to pain issues mainly. screenshot-20190211-071301.png Did you have any success using a pillow at ...

Ninesixx

Do you have the Sleepyhead software? Is really hard to give suggestions without seeing your nightly data.

In order to get the best help, format your Sleepyhead graphs according to the directions here. viewtopic/t158560/How-to-post-images-for-review.html
