It is printed either Standard or Small just below the elbow connector on the rounded part of the frame on the back side.

I also soak and rinse the frame tubes, and if my wife isn't watching, sling it around a bit as if it is a lasso. If I squeeze on the hard ends of the tube where the pillows piece fits in (as if to make it more round), the pillows part comes out easily.

I use the P30i and have had the vent diffuser out. Just stretch the soft silicone away from it and it will pop out. Be sure to make note of the orientation. Actually, cpap.com shows frame sizes of "Standard" or "Small". I believe the thinking is that the accordian top part of the frame can stretch enough for larger heads.
