Re: Exhausted lately - does it show in my numbers?
Ahh, that’s an interesting theory. For the last little while I’ve been falling sleep around 11 or so and waking up around 8:30, so maybe that’s slowly built up into a problem.

Re: Exhausted lately - does it show in my numbers?
Nope, no medications.
I generally feel like I sleep through the night except for occasionally getting up to use the bathroom. That's the cause of most of those stops/starts.

Exhausted lately - does it show in my numbers?
Hi, I posted here a while back because I started on a 5-20 Auto setting and needed to move my minimum number higher. With all of your wonderful help I went from an average AHI of about 4 or 5 to about 3.2, and was feeling much better. Here is the original post. http://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic.php?...

Re: Still kind of tired after two years of CPAP
I don't remember the position, unfortunately. I usually start on my back and quickly move to my side, so I'd guess I was on my side by then.
Here is last night's report with 12 cm as the minimum.

Re: Still kind of tired after two years of CPAP
Hi everyone - I am now on my 3rd or 4th day on 11 cm and my numbers seem to hover around 4 AHI, with the below results being pretty typical of the last few nights. I feel okay but definitely a little tired throughout the day. Does this seem like the best I'll be able to do or are there more tweaks t...

Re: Still kind of tired after two years of CPAP
I have a general question about how I should feel when my reports are clean and CPAP properly used (of course, I know the answer is complicated!). I had a lot of leaks last night (and forgot to replace the SD card, unfortunately) and was feeling tired, so I readjusted my mask and set the pressure to...

Re: Still kind of tired after two years of CPAP
With that in mind, I turned the pressure down to 10 last night because I couldn't control the leaks. I feel great today (though I did get 11 hours of sleep). I'm starting to think a different mask size or those liners might be necessary to get to 11 cm.

Re: Still kind of tired after two years of CPAP
I actually feel a little more tired that usual. The last two days I've been pretty sluggish despite going to bed fairly early, but I have also been eating worse than usual and haven't exercised much. I definitely wake up feeling far better than a night without CPAP, though. I've also noticed a few m...

Re: Still kind of tired after two years of CPAP
Okay, I’ll set it to 11 cm tonight.
Can you describe SWJ a little more? Is it just the byproduct of REM transitions or something?

Re: Still kind of tired after two years of CPAP
Attached are my last two nights after changing the minimum to 10 cm. How do these look? Do you think I should increase the minimum to 11 cm?
Thanks again, everyone!

Re: Still kind of tired after two years of CPAP
I don’t have access to Sleepyhead this weekend, but I’m down to a 2.2 and 2.1 AHI the past few nights using 10 cm as the minimum. I’ll stay at 10 for now and post the charts shortly.

Re: Still kind of tired after two years of CPAP
Thanks! I will go to 10 tonight and see what happens. I was hoping 9 cm would’ve done the trick but I guess more pressure isn’t a bad thing.

Re: Still kind of tired after two years of CPAP
Very interesting. The trend does seem to indicate I needed a higher pressure. Here is my full night with 9 cm:
