Re: Question about reports

Thank you for explaining how it works. Maybe the card was the problem. I can certainly try a different SD card if that’s what it takes for my doctor’s office. I never understood why they couldn’t get the wireless report. It sounds like OSCAR is the answer I was looking for. I’m not familiar with OSC...

Re: Question about reports

I’m not arguing with anyone. I’m stating my experience and asked for help from people who “are familiar” with this. I didn’t say the machine doesn’t support an SD card. I said the SD card doesn’t work. I tried it when I changed doctors. It sounded to me like it was an either/or setup. It either uses...

Re: Question about reports

It doesn’t use the SD card. The former doctor first told me to bring the card to the appointments. Then they changed it and it no longer used the card. If I put the card in now, it says something to the effect it’s not set up that way. My friend goes to a different doctor and had some kind of proble...

Question about reports

Is there a way I can download a report from my machine for an upcoming doctor's visit with the sleep doctor? Logging into myAir gives me a brief report but it doesn't look detailed like the doctor had shown me in her report. My sleep doctor moved and they didn't replace the doctor resulting in havin...

Re: Question about water level and humidifier

Yes, humidifier is turned on. I haven't changed any settings. I believe it is hot when I remove it in the mornings. I will pay attention.

It may be the pressure. Will check the settings on that.

Question about water level and humidifier

For years, the water level in the water chamber never changed in the mornings. I filled it up to the first mark from the bottom per instructions and it would be about half left in the morning. Humidity set to 4. Then in the last few months, some mornings it’s empty. I’ve increased humidity setting t...

Re: Clenching neck and jaw all night, drowning sensations, face wrinkling, losing sense of taste

I've had similar issues with the front neck muscles. I was going for massage and the therapist helped with those muscles. A physical therapist had told me that those muscles were enlarged but at the time I may not have been diagnosed with sleep apnea. I've had a lot of issues and saw a specialist in...

Re: Anyone concerned about ordering CPAP supplies

May be a stupid question. We all have our opinions. Is it safe to order supplies? Anyone worried about shortages? Have you heard any news regarding this? How long do you use your supplies? How often do you change your tubing, water chamber, nasal pillow, filter, etc.? I know what the mfg. recommend...

Re: My teeth have shifted ... suspected the use of CPAP MACINE

I had my top front teeth move forward within 6 months of starting XPAP. The space between my front teeth kept increasing. I already had a lower night guard for TMJD. My dentist made a new night guard for my upper teeth and a light night guard for my lower teeth. Now I have top and bottom night guar...

Re: Anyone concerned about ordering CPAP supplies

Actually ResMed has this replacement guide which is pretty much the same as what my doctor's office told me. https://www.resmed.com/us/en/healthcare-professional/support/replacement/replacement-option.html I have heard spray your packages, etc. Cpap.com has guidelines for opening packages on their w...

Re: My teeth have shifted ... suspected the use of CPAP MACINE

Has your thyroid been checked regarding the heart rhythm issues? I've had a lot of issues with my bite. My sleep apnea was diagnosed by my dentist. I had reported symptoms to the doctors including migraine doctors but they never addressed it. I have a custom night guard from the TMJ oral surgeon - h...
