I'm honestly still not feeling great. Pretty tired unless I get tons of sleep. I'm wondering if the sleep apnea isn't the main cause of the fatigue, to be honest, which is really unfortunate.

I feel like I slept pretty well! We’ll see how the next few nights go. the leak didn’t bother me - I don’t think so anyway. I woke up once and felt the nasal pillows leaking a bit but I don’t know if that’s what woke me.

Alright, first night with an auto of 8 to 20 complete! It looks like I didn't go above 11 all night and spent most of my time around nine or tenish. My 90% pressure was 10.06.

Is there a risk to me putting pressure from CPAP 8 to APAP if say, 8 to 20? I’m scared of the higher pressure but also curious what sleepyhead would show.

Did your sleep study say how long your events were or how low your oxygen goes? Sometimes, the events are longer and cause more damage, but the summary does not take that into consideration. I tried the nasal pillows but woke up with pain on the left side of my nose cartilage/septum - has anyone ever experienced that?

She switched me to nasal pillows, so I’m going to try that.

I see my DME person tomorrow so I will ask her what she thinks. I thought full face masks were worse for leaking on your stomach or side, but I’ll look into that.
