The AirFit F20 has a silicone cushion and the AirTouch F20 has a memory foam cushion. They both fit the F20 frame. For me, the memory foam cushion provided a better seal. So, make sure you try both versions of the F20 cushions before giving up on that mask.

I’ve used The CPAP Shop several times for online orders and also have been to the physical store. Never had any issues with orders placed.

The foam in the ResMed AirSense 10 is really easy to remove. It is not glued in place. I removed it after watching a YouTube video. Despite being called "sound abatement foam", I don't think there is any noticeable difference in sound since I've been using the machine without the foam.
