Are my flow limitations cause for concern? (PLEASE reply!)
I'm still having symptoms of sleep apnea/sleep fragmentation despite a low nightly AHI. I wonder if UARS could be at play, but so far haven't seen anything in the data suggesting it. Should I be worried about flow limitations? The chart is pretty busy every night, but I don't know whether or not it ...

Re: What should be done about a small, ever-present leak?
Please fill out your equipment profile, https://www.cpaptalk.com/ucp.php?i=ucp_profile&mode=equipment_info and do a full screenshot, including the left panel when asking questions, the type of cpap you have affects what the correct answer should be. Please don't 'scrap book' by only showing parts o...

What should be done about a small, ever-present leak?
All the while that I've been using CPAP, I've had a small, constant leak rate. Although it spikes and varies with mask removals/repositionings, it's present all night, every night at its 6L/m baseline. Could this affect sleep quality? I've felt up the hose and CPAP and didn't feel any leaks. Is my C...

Are these RERAs?
Here are a few screenshots of my flow rates directly before an arousal. Do the waveforms look irregular, or labored? Do they look like my breathing becoming increasingly unstable until I wake up? Are these waveforms consistent with UARS or RERAs? Screenshot (27).png Screenshot (26).png Screenshot (2...

What am I looking at?
I'll continue this discussion in a new topic, where hopefully I'll get some fresh input and this won't be buried. Basically, I suspected that obstructive events (not long or severe enough to be scored by the CPAP as full blown apneas) were causing me to wake up and have sleep/wake/junk central apnea...

Re: How to get rid of centrals
Screenshot (20).png Ok, here are some disturbances from last night. To handle the suspected sub-apnea events, I used the maximum 20-20 pressure, wore a cervical collar, a tongue restraining device and a backpack to keep me on my side. So what do these look like? Are they still regular OSAs, or cent...

Re: How to get rid of centrals
So what should I do? I'm not on any medications and apparently am still having obstructive events. You saw the sleepyhead with the custom user flags. Now I know what's hurting my sleep, what can I do at this point? Dank, You have received excellent analysis in this thread. The problem is that we ha...
