I use pressure around 12.
Change the pressure to min 4.0/max 12.0 and sleep again.

If min 4.0 makes you feel like not getting enough air, up the min to 6.0.

A mild apnea doesn't mess you up that much ... I'd make sure to do a blood test, might be something else
And that something else can cause apnea as well, so you'd fix this problem with one try.
