Trade L for M P10 pillows?
Would anyone be interested in trading some Large Resmed Airfit P10 pillows for some Medium ones?

Re: Something's gone wrong.
Thanks for all of the suggestions. Although invisible (at least with bifocals), some sort of accretion apparently had gradually clogged the diffusers of the exhaust vents. A good scrub with a toothbrush and Ivory Liquid followed by a thorough hot water rinse did the trick, and is now part of my week...

Re: Something's gone wrong.
Thanks; I use a heated hose and hose cover, and just soaked the mask in vinegar and scrubbed the exhaust ports with a toothbrush yesterday.

Something's gone wrong.
I’ve been using CPAP since January, averaging 8.5 hours per night with no issues; quickly becoming so inured to the thing that at times I’ve forgotten that I have it on. I started feeling better almost immediately, and have gotten progressively better over time; my AHI's finally decreased below 5, a...

It finally happened
It finally happened. Lying half-awake, it suddenly occurred to me that I'd forgotten to put on my CPAP. Touching my face, I found that I was mistaken; I've become sufficiently inured to it, my P10 is sufficiently comfortable and my Resmed sufficiently quiet, that I hadn't noticed that it was even th...

Fixed pressure v. auto
On 14 Feb. I switched from a fixed pressure of 10 to autoset 5-15. I think that I rather prefer the numbers and trends prior to the change. I'm going to switch back to a fixed pressure of 10cmH2O with no ramp, and see how it goes.

Re: Heated hose management- huge leaking-help
I'm a side sleeper with a heated hose, using a $12 hose holder which suspends the hose above me. As I flip and flop from side to side, just enough hose follows me, but stays out of the way enough not to get entangled or pull off my nasal pillow mask. So far, works for me; YMMV.

Re: Dog & cat proof CPAP cabinet
UPDATE:
Just heard a crash and commotion; as predicted, the cat had crashed into the CPAP cabinet, sending everything on top flying in all directions. The CPAP machine & mask were safe as houses inside.

Re: tape P10 hose on chin
I use a hose holder with my P10. As I flip and flop from side to side (I'm a side sleeper), it keeps the hose from dragging on the mask. I've learned to punch down my pillow in such a way it doesn't interfere while still supporting my head. https://smile.amazon.com/Eliminate-Tangles-CPAP-Hose-Holder...

Dog & cat proof CPAP cabinet
Our cat stampedes through the house, ricocheting off of furniture, sometimes with a rottweiler in hot pursuit (and he knows how to open doors). Having read of someone's dog getting wrapped up in the hose, dragging it off a table, and destroying their machine, I thought that I'd put together a dog & ...

Rainout with heated tube
My first night with the Resmed heated tube and P10 nasal pillows. 'Climate Control' set to 'Auto'. The air felt warm (warmer than ambient; 60°F), so I assume it's working. Around 0400, awoke to a freshwater sinus rinse from condensation in the hose. Woke up, field-stripped the P10 and shook everythi...
