I really don't know. I've never had clear sleep/wake cycles, and for the most part some sleep = no sleep = good sleep = bad sleep, so it just blurs together. Working the pressure down slowly, it seems 14 is probably the sweet spot.
This one is 12, but I still spent most of the night at 14-15.
