Re: Sleep is a problem

Thanks Miss Emerita,

Re: Sleep is a problem

I take medication for hypothyroidism and advair and singulair for asthma. I have UARS so my OS obstructions are an index of 6 but when they count the awakenings I got up to RDI of 15 and my awakenings keep me from getting stage 3 and 4 sleep. When they added awakenings to the equation I finally didn...

Re: Very frustrated with rainout, tried everything I know to do, now what???

I sleep with the covers over my head when rain out is a problem, even a sheet can hold in the heat. My boyfriend can't breath when he tries it to do that, it gets really cold on his boat, it's nice someone is jealous of my having a cpap for 1 reason anyway.

Sleep is a problem

My sleep has not been refreshing. I spoke several times to my sleep coach who told me things are going great. I wondered if any of these numbers reflect something going on? I started having long periods of insomnia, which I don't usually have and they seem be preceded by periods of my flow rate flat...

Re: deja vu?

Re: deja vu?

Exactly which model Respironics machine do you have. I see now that you have added the Remstar Plus cpap machine with CFlex into your signature line. That model machine isn't compatible with OSCAR and doesn't even use a SD card. Do you see the model number or exact name somewhere on your machine? I...

Re: deja vu?

I got my data on Oscar!!!!!

What kind of data should I show? I'm really puzzled by the pressure changes. I noticed my machine from Apap to Cflex somewhere along the line, Cflex3. It seems like I'm experiencing more flow limitation then apnea.

Re: deja vu?

dogslobber I noticed right off you have a much nicer clip than I have. Is there any special technique, hot water or something to get it to shrink? I hate the way the mask tears up my hair when the mask gets loose.

My Resmed Autoset 10 for her has a default that shows the information as 1 month in the sleep report..
This happens anytime it has been unplugged.
I change the setting to 1 day to see the daily numbers.
Sleepingbaby I don't believe my machine does that, but thank you for the information.

Re: deja vu?

Pugsy thank you for the Windows 7 info. I'm hoping it will let me download the program. You make a good point about the numbers, I don't know, It just seems odd that its the same exact number every nap, break in sleeping and for the overall night. Hopefully I can get the data soon. I recently put on...

Re: deja vu?

Hi Julie, Thank you for responding. I am on a list to get into an apartment, so I'm doing transitional housing which is 8 people with small rooms in a big house. Luckily it's only the one person hat is difficult. The manager has spoken to her many times, after a few days the spraying resumes. My mas...

deja vu?

I have been really tired since Last December. My neurologist left the state and no one told me. I have a fantastic but flimsy elastic mask and a Dream Station APAP. My settings are ramp 8-12, then 12-20, Usually my 90% pressure hangs around 16ish but occasionally is as high as 19. My AHI falls betwe...
